The project aims to develop a Limited-Angle Positron Emission Tomography (PET) System, enhancing medical imaging capabilities. A critical challenge is maintaining stable operating temperatures for silicon photomultipliers, as temperature fluctuations affect their performance. LAHDE’s goal is to design and implement an efficient cooling system to ensure reliable and accurate PET imaging. This innovation will improve diagnostic precision and advance medical imaging technology.
