We are heading to Paris for the prestigious 26th International Congress on Refrigeration!
We’re excited to share with you pleasant news that has us counting down the days with excitement. In August, our team will be flying to Paris to attend the highly anticipated 26th IIR International Congress of Refrigeration, organized by IIFIIR – International Institute of Refrigeration.
This prestigious event, held every four years (four years ago we were in Montréal, Canada), is the pinnacle of our working domain, bringing together more than thousand researchers, experts, industry leaders, and innovators from around the world to discuss and showcase the latest advances in refrigeration technology.
We’re proud to announce that the following LAHDE members will take the stage to present their innovative scientific work, reinforcing our commitment to the development of refrigeration industry. The following contributions will be presented:
☑️Prof. Dr. Andrej Kitanovski: the Workshop on Solid State Cooling and Heating (https://lnkd.in/djjK-aYf) and presentation of the newly established IIR Working Group Solid State Cooling and Heating and its activities (https://lnkd.in/dqW8Q-ss)
☑️Dr. Katja Klinar: Fluidic EWOD thermal switch for magnetocaloric device
☑️ Katja Vozel: Caloric cooling modelling with a novel tool for simulating thermal control circuits
☑️ Nada Petelin: Evaluation of the Performance of a Thermal Switch Capacitor in a Magnetocaloric Device
☑️Dr. Urban Tomc: High frequency and high-power density magnetocaloric cooling
☑️Dr. Luka Lorbek: Evaluation of global optimization algorithms for capillary tube
suction line heat exchanger sizing
☑️Dr. Stefano Dall’Olio: Long- life elastocaloric regenerative cooler/heat pump with a breakthrough performance
